Vegetarian hamburger helper
Yeung Man Cooking's The Hamburger Helper I didn't know I needed.
Ingredients:
350g extra firm tofu
1/2 onion
2 + 1 tsp avocado oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 1/2 cups red wine (or veggie stock)
3 cups unsalted vegetable stock
225g macaroni
1 cup plant based cheese
few sprigs parsley
