Hamstring (5:44 in the video):

Long lever bridge. The progression is starting with a glute bridge, to a long lever bridge, to a single leg long lever bridge, to a heal elevated single leg bridge.

Medial elbow or Golfer's elbow (10:10 in the video):

Wrist flexion, but prefers hanging or using a wrist hang board
Wrist pronation with something like a golf club
