Tiffy Cook's 15 minute Soy Sauce Pan-fried Noodles.
Ingredients
450g of Noodles (cooked)
3 tbsp of Soy Sauce
2.5 tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp of Sugar
2 tbsp of Sesame Oil
4 tbsp of Water or Vegetable Stock
6 cloves of Garlic (sliced)
3 stalks of Green Onion (cut into 2-inch pieces)
1-3 Red Chili (chopped)
1.5 cups of Bean Sprouts
Hint: reduce the sugar to 1 teaspoon
