TiffyCooks has a recipe for Soy Sauce Pan-fried Noodles (15 Minutes!). This is a vegetarian version, but meat can be added.
Ingredients
450g noodles: Chow Mein, Frozen Udon or Shanghai noodles
3 tbsp of soy sauce
2.5 tbsp of dark soy sauce
2 tbsp of sugar (this was a bit too much, try using 1)
4 tbsp of water or vegetable stock
6 cloves of garlic (sliced)
3 stalks of spring onion
1-3 red chili
1.5 cups of bean sprouts
