Richard Chirgwin finds the Daily Telegraph wanting when they claim that the Government's spectrum floor price will cost broadband users $400 per year. Mind you this should hardly be surprising given that surveys regularly show the Daily Telegraph to be the least trusted newspaper in Australia.
